My artwork

This is a copy of a painting done by my absolute favorite artist, Edward Hopper.  I love  the '50's feel to it and all the texture, like the oil-stained floor and the concrete slab the tank is positioned on.

Rainy night in Paris

Woman in train car

Calla Lillies. This painting is actually 4 ft wide by 3 ft wide and is striking not only by virtue of its scale but probably because of the colors... very bold!

This painting is actually a mini! It's 8" x 8" and  I incorporated a cartoon-like portrait of my family on the wall :)

Martini night

My one and only foray into abstract art!

A stylized "illustration" type painting, like what one would find in the New Yorker magazine!

Flowering plant in urn

Monet, which I altered ever so slightly! The tree trunk looked like it wasn't substantial enough to support such a grand tree! Call it artistic liberty or nerve ... :)

An experiment in "Naive art"; a cityscape.

Outdoor column; note the texture of the pillar

Renoir

Kids in snow - I imagine that's my daughter pulling her little brother. If only I took pictures of them playing in the snow when we lived in Canada!
